Call and ask about our prices. We are an out of network provider because we don’t like to have insurance dictate how we provide our services. We can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement of services. We also take FSA and HSA payments.

In Pennsylvania Occupational Therapists require a prescription from a referring provider (MD, DO, PA, CRNP) in order to provide services. We can help you obtain this prescription form. Please let us know if you have a prescription or if you need to obtain one.

Pelvic floor therapy involves learning about your body and finding the root cause of your symptoms. We work on making simple changes your habits and routines to help improve your pelvic floor symptoms.

You can expect a thorough history intake with easy to apply strategies that are tailored to your individual needs. With continuous monitoring of your progress and modifying your home program to help you gain lifelong improvement in your pelvic floor symptoms.

Depending on how long you have been having symptoms, and how consistent you are with the home program and education provided, it can take 3-6 visits to see improvement.

You can absolutely see a pelvic therapist while you are on your period. Depending on your comfort level, we may avoid doing internal vaginal work during this time, but we can work on other external pelvic muscles, discuss other strategies and advance your exercise program during this time.

We suggest you wear comfortable clothing that you feel comfortable moving around in.
